NUTRICON Congress 2018
















This was a Jubelee year! Consulting and Training Centre KEY was celebrating 10th anniversary, while NUTRICON Congress had 5th anniversaty. NUTRICON Congress 2018 took place in Ohrid, Republic of Macedonia from 13 to 15 June 2018.

NEXT NUTRICON Congress will take place in Ohrid, Republic of Macedonia, in June 2019. As a pre-congress activity accredited trainings in HACCP and Advanced Training in Hygienic Engineering and Design will be offered. These trainings will took place at Congress venue, from 11 to 13 June 2019 (discount prices are available for participants who will take one of the offered trainings and who want to proceed with Congress). 

Traditionally, this Congress was organized by the Consulting and Training Centre KEY in cooperation withEuropean Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG), Global Harmonization Initiative (GHI) and the Journal of Hygienic Engineering and Design (JHED).

This Congress gathered over 200 professionals coming from 35 countries worldwide, working in: Human and Oral Medicine, Nutritionism, Technology, Biotechnology and  Engineering who are working in issues connected with food area.

38 members of the International Scientific Committee  approved publication on 74 submitted scientific papersAbstracts are published into NUTRCON 2018 Book of Abstracts and in the CAB Abstracts databaseFull papers are published in the world renowned open access journal,  the Journal of Hygienic Engineering and Design - JHED (www.jhed.mk), and are available in the following databases: SCOPUS, CABI Full text repository database, Food Science and Technology - FSTA database and Global Health database

Companies’
exhibitors as: Nestle, Anamet Europe, EuroFIR, Skovin, and ProViotic, were also present at the NUTRICON Congress 2018, with their products and services, obtaining visibility and good interaction with the participants.

In order to introduce Congress participants with Macedonian country beauties, traditions, history, heritage and hospitality, very interesting social program was organized by Consulting and Training Center KEY. Whole Congress had very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, allowing people to network and establish new friendship with people from different fields and cultures (see Congress Photo Gallery).
